Intent and process: Hummer came to us with a ton of articles of showing how Hummers help in rescue situations. They wanted to see all this inside the world of newspaper article headlines. I immediately thought this could look like a very elegant type driven film title sequence. The storyboards shown are the ones used during the pitch. This is one of those jobs where we had the look down from the beginning. The real challenge was to find transitions and make the whole spot feel cohesive and tell the story of how Hummers Help.

This is probably one of my favorite projects I did while I was at Motion Theory. I directed this along with my good friend Mark Kudsi. We had an amazing animation team to work with as well.
