Best of Me is an illustration series about hearing your own voice from within.

I love to look at lot at what other innovative people are doing, magazines, blogs, and movies for inspiration and I still do. But after a while I realized I stopped working on my own work and became a robot that consumes images but without processing or digesting them. So this project I guess is my way of getting back into my own head. Before I was an Art Director at Motion Theory and a freelancer in the motion industry I did a lot of illustrations and just image creation. I wanted to go back to that place again and this time just create things with the intent of communicate simple iconic images.

In a way I'm really trying to ask myself the question, what do you have to say? Listening to your own voice. Reach, don't settle. Build your dreams with your own two hands. These are all concepts in this illustration series I'm working on and in turn I hope to ask and engage whoever sees these the same questions I had in my own head when I created them.
